- How we work · four passes
Every project takes four passes, in the same order.
The scope changes; the rhythm does not. Two to four weeks for a website. Custom software takes longer, but we still work in the same four passes - just stretched.

Talk
No pitch decks, no briefing forms, no discovery workshops. Just a proper call - we listen to what the business actually needs to do, then we scope.

Plan
We design in code, in the browser, with real content. What you see early is what gets shipped - no long Figma file thrown away at the end.
Pass iii
Build
Hand-written code on a modern stack - not generated, not assembled from a component library. We pick the stack for the project, not the other way around. Accessibility, performance, and SEO are in by default: not add-ons, not afterthoughts.
Pass iv
Launch
We launch, and then we stay. Most clients keep us on after the build - there's usually more to do, and we already know the site. No retainer lock-ins. You message us, we handle it.

A freelancer on a marketplace gives you a template with your logo swapped in. An agency adds a strategy layer, a project manager, and an invoice that reflects both. We're a small studio that writes the code ourselves - you get the quality without the overhead.

- Our website projects start at €2,750 for a marketing or brochure site of up to five pages. Larger sites with a content management system (CMS), booking forms, or e-commerce start higher. Full pricing is on the services page. The more useful question is what a website costs versus what it earns. A site that generates one extra enquiry per week, at an average job value of €500, pays for itself in weeks. A cheaper site that does not convert, or that breaks and gets abandoned, costs more in missed opportunity than the saving on the build.
- Most of our projects take two to four weeks from brief to launch. Simpler sites — up to five pages, no CMS — can be live in two weeks. Sites with booking systems, multiple service areas, or complex content take three to four weeks. The timeline depends heavily on how quickly content is ready. If you have copy and photos ready to go, the build moves fast. If you need to write content from scratch or gather images, that is usually the longest part of the process.
- No. Every site is hand-coded from scratch on a modern stack - Next.js and TypeScript. No page builders, no themes, no plugin dependencies. The code is written for your site specifically, not borrowed from a library.
- It depends on the tier. Our entry-level site (The Mark) is built for performance and delivered as a fixed-structure site — content is set at handover, which keeps it fast and maintenance-free. There is no CMS to log in to, nothing to update or break. From The Site tier upwards, we build with a CMS that lets you edit content, add pages, and update information without touching code. We also offer a monthly retainer (The Standing Order) if you want ongoing development without managing it yourself.
- Selectively, depending on studio capacity - we're not built to run marketing retainers full-time. The audit and setup get your site and GBP right once; if you want it managed monthly after that, we'll either take it on directly or hand the findings to a trusted SEO partner so nothing sits unfixed.
